Hi, I’m Alice Acosta, founder of YBO Solutions on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland. YBO is Business Operations & Marketing Support for Trades and Service Businesses. I take care of the admin, online presence and day-to-day operations that get pushed aside, so you can get back to running your business.
I started in events in 2006 and went on to build and run my own marketing and events company in Brazil. In 2017 I sold it and moved to Australia to start a new chapter.
Here, my husband and I opened a construction company, and I built the business side from the ground up: administration, processes, quotes and estimations. That is where YBO Solutions comes from. I know first-hand how much admin sits behind every job, and how easily marketing and an online presence get pushed to the bottom of the list.
Qualifications and experience
To understand the Australian market properly, I completed certifications in Community Services and Business here in Australia. They taught me what local communities need, how marketing really works here and what the customer journey looks like. I also hold a Business Administration degree and an MBA in Project Management, and I keep learning, with specialist courses offered by Google, OpenAI and Anthropic, focused on Google tools and AI.
Today I lead YBO Solutions from the Sunshine Coast, with a small online team across Brazil, the United States and the Philippines.

Everything is done online and asynchronously. You send me what you need when it suits you, I get it done, and we skip the unnecessary meetings. Less meetings. More getting things done.
